Metabolic Test Summary:

1. Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) = 2117 calories/day. Calories you would burn in a 24-hour period.

2. Normal Daily Activity (NDA) = 633 calories/day. Calories you would burn in your daily activities.

3. Exercise (PEC) = 264 calories you would burn in a 30-minute workout.

4. Total Daily Energetic Expentidure (TDEE) = RMR + NDA + PEC. Calories you burn in a day with activities and exercise.

5. To lose weight = 1695 - 2117 calories/day.

6. To maintain weight = 2117 - 2750 calories/day

7. To gain weight = 2750 - 3450 calories/day.

We will not only be able to measure calories, but the percentage of carbohydrates and fats one is utilizing. The exercise test also measures ones LACTATE THRESHOLD as well as the level of cardiovascular fitness through VO2 TESTING. Exercise metabolic testing along with ones RMR will allow us to KNOW EXACTLY how many calories our clients need to loose the weight without putting the unwanted pounds back on.
